Our application process takes roughly 24 to 48 hours. We do a credit check, a criminal background check, and contact previous landlords if you have any. There is a $40 application fee ($40 for a single person or $40 for a married couple) and we need a copy of driver’s licenses of anyone over the age of 18 who will be residing in the property along with proof of income (one month’s worth of pay stubs)
