Security Deposit $900 pending credit approval. If you are not approved credit wise, but we can still rent to you, the security deposit may go up to $1500.

There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet with a maximum of two pets.
We do have the following breed restrictions (this includes mixes of these breeds too):

Our application process takes 24 to 48 hours. We do a credit check, a criminal background check, and contact previous landlords if you have any. There is a $40 application fee ($40 for a single person or $40 for a married couple) and we need a copy of driver’s licenses of anyone over the age of 18 who will be residing in the property along with proof of income (one month’s worth of pay stubs)
